Tiledlayout no spacing in only vertical direction

Is it possible to have no gaps between tiles in only one direction while using Tiledlayout? Using TilaSpacing='none' removes gaps in both vertical and horizontal direction. I'd like to have no gaps between rows and at the same time have gaps between columns. Like in the picture below but; separate columns and tiles stacked in each column without gaps.

Instead of tiledlayout, use subplot:
