Modbus addressingin the Modbus Explorer

I´ve tried to get the values of a Modbus. But the Explorer does not let me choose the Address 13. When choosing this address the following error accurs: "Overlap of Register Addresses not allowed. Be sure to take into account the precision type. E.g. Reading a double from address 40000 requires 4 contiguous registers: 40000, 40001, 40002, 40003. These registers addresses cannot be reused."
But as shown in the picture, i can address it through a diffrent modbus explorer.
Ontop of that the Values of Address 14 are completly off ( as shown in the next picture)
