i want to add these two blocks sqrt and atan2 to the matlab function , i want to know the equation that represents them

Hi Mahdi,
To include the 'sqrt' and 'atan2' functions in a MATLAB function, consider the following function as an example:
function [root, angle] = computeRootAndAngle(a, x, y)
% Compute the square root of a
root = sqrt(a);
% Compute the angle in radians from the positive x-axis to (x, y)
angle = atan2(y, x);
end
[root, angle] = computeRootAndAngle(25,4,4)
