Filter audio file with FIR filter

Hello I am doing some work for a course and I need to take an audio file and remove the noise from it. I already identified the noisy signal and I already have the impulse response coefficients of my FIR filter from firpm. However how do I actually filter the data of my original signal with my filter? I appreciate any help in advance.
