You are right that evaporative condenser isn't available from Simscape Fluids. Modeling such type of heat exchanger will require some customization (and creativity ;), and I feel like it's do-able. But I'll need to understand the thermodynamic process of such an equipment to be sure. I'd like to revisit this question. While I don't think there is a new block for this evaporative condenser you want, I wonder whether a feature in the Moist Air domain could allow you to model this component using a Condenser Evaporator (2P-MA) block (link).

An evaporative condenser uses air flow and water droplets to absorb the heat from the refrigerant. Starting R2024b, the moist air domain in Simscape allows tracking water droplets in the domain, as well as adding water as liquid droplets into the moist air. This will at least allow you to do the correct mass & energy balance.

Some limitations I can see now:

• Based on some online information, the water droplets are usually added in the opposite direction of the air flow, I don't know a good way to mimic that yet.
• The added droplets don't necessarily "stick" to the refrigerant tubes. So the heat transfer characterstics may be different than what you find in real life. Some parametrization effort may help, but I'm not sure whether that's sufficient.

This may worth a try if you are still looking for solutions.
