i am trying to run a code 'doıbleGeneDeletion' and it has been 9 hrs and no output come, what is the problem

i am using Cobratoolbox, i am trying to make anlyasis for the Escherichia coli str. K-12 substr. MG1655 Model: iAF1260, from Bigg database.

My code : solution = optimizeCbModel(model);

% Define method and gene lists

method = 'FBA';

geneList1 = model.genes;

geneList2 = model.genes;

% Call doubleGeneDeletion with correct parameters
