I have a 3D matrix
where the i spans an angle
, the j spans a value for a radius r and the k spans a set of times. The value in the entry
is a positive number. What I would like to do is to plot, for each k, a 2D colored map of the matrix such that in the point of coordinates (
) it plots a color depending on the value of
. In particular if
I would like a specific color, say green, while the more
approaches 0 I would like another color to be plotted, say blue, and red if
becomes larger than 1.
