Hi Javid,
I understand from your question that you want to know how to change the weather settings in RoadRunner Scenario.
You can use a 'lidarSensor' for this. The 'lidarSensor' can be configured for different weather conditions, and then add it to the vehicle actors in RoadRunner Scenario. You can find an implementation of the same in the below example:
You can learn more about 'lidarSensor' from the below documentation:
Here is an example showing how to generate Lidar point cloud data for Scenario with multiple actors:
You can also use the 'Simulation 3D Scene Configuration' Block in Simulink to implement different environments and is rendered using the Unreal Engine. Here is the documentation for the same:
Hope this helps!

Hi Rishi,
Thank you for your thorough response.
Actualy i will not use the 'lidarSensor'. I just want to simulate a simple collision or accident scenario with basic cars and without any specific sensors in different weather conditions such as rainy, sunny, foggy, or even at night and day. How can I do this?
Also i'm a student, I don't have a license to use the 'Simulation 3D Scene Configuration'.

Hi Javid, changing the weather and day/night settings in RoadRunner Scenario is not currently supported but the team may consider improving this in a future product release.
In the mean time, to obtain weather effects, you can co-simulate RoadRunner Scenario with the Unreal Engine, and use the Simulation 3D Scene Configuration block to configure the weather. As you noted above however, this does require a license of Simulink 3D Animation. Here is a relevant example:
