A suspicious folder exists in the root directory

Today, when using the matlab2019b version, I found that there is an mcr folder in my matlab root directory, the specific path reference is as follows:

E:\matlab\mcr

There is also a toolbox folder, but the internal .m files are garbled files. For details, see the following：

The "mcr" folder is present in my system as well. I got it after i installed MATLAB Runtime. MATLAB Runtime is a standalone set of shared libraries that enables the execution of compiled MATLAB, Simulink applications, or components. If interested, you can read more from this link.
