I completed the Onramp course, however, when I try to get the certificate, by clicking on the link:
This drop down flashes, dissapearing in a split second, giving an error message right after.
I luckily screenshot it, however, when I managed to click it in a flash, the following error appeared:
Request Header Fields Too Large
How could I get my certificate ?

To troubleshoot this problem and potentially resolve it, you can try the following steps: 1. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, stored data in your browser can cause conflicts. Go to your browser settings, clear the cache and cookies, and then try accessing the drop-down menu again. 2. Disable browser extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with website functionality. Try disabling any extensions you have installed and see if the issue persists. 3. Update Google Chrome: Make sure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome as updates often include bug fixes and improvements that could resolve the issue. 4. Try a different browser: If the problem persists, try accessing the website using a different browser to see if the issue is specific to Google Chrome. 5. Contact the website support: If none of the above solutions work, reach out to the website's support team for assistance in resolving the error.

A student of mine had the same problem, clearing the browser cache or switching browser did not help.
He managed to work around the problem by using die dekstop version on his smartphone, which worked for whatever reason.
I would appreciate a better fix to avoid these anoying problems in the future.

Hello Antonio,
The error message "Request Header Fields Too Large" typically indicates that the HTTP request headers being sent to the server exceed the size limits imposed by the server.
As suggested, you can try clearing your cookies and cache, as they can sometimes bloat the request headers. Alternatively, you might want to try using a different browser.
I did not encounter this issue when downloading my MATLAB Onramp certificate (R2024a).
If the problem persists, you can contact MathWorks Technical Support for further assistance: https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html
Hope your issue gets resolved.
