Hey xufei,
After going through the documentation, I followed the steps given on the following page:
Initially, I was also not able to find the Init button and was able to reproduce the issue.
For the button to be visible, follow the below steps:
>> openExample('serdes/GloballyAdaptReceiverComponentsUsingPulseResponseMetricsExample')
>> serdesDesigner('rx_ctle_adapt_dfe_train.mat')
2. Go to top right, Click "Export" and then select "Export SerDes System to Simulink"
3. Once the model is exported to a Simulink model, double click the Rx Subsystem and you will find the 'Init' block.
4. Double click the 'Init' block and you will see the 'Show Init' button.
