- You can check License Status by logging into MathWorks Account on the MathWorks website and make sure it has not expired and that it is still active. Following is link to to license centre: https://www.mathworks.com/login?uri=%2Flicensecenter%2F%3Fs_tid%3Dhp_ff_s_license
- Ensure to log in with the correct MathWorks Account associated with the license. Sometimes users have multiple accounts, and the license might be associated with a different one.
- Make sure that MATLAB is properly activated. Try reactivating it using the activation client which is typically found in the MATLAB installation directory (e.g., C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2024a\bin\win64\activate_matlab.exe for a 64-bit Windows installation of MATLAB R2024a)

Hi,
This error occurs when the license information can not be read properly or has been corrupted. Therefore, new license information must be generated.

You are using a Campus-Wide license, which is a form of Educational license.
In that situation, you do not activate against your own license. Instead, you log in to your Mathworks account, and magic happens to give you access to MATLAB.
