Is there a way to download Korean GIS information on Roadrunner?

I want to use Korean GIS information and implement it in Roadrunner. There is a lot of US GIS information, but it is hard to get Korean GIS information. Is there a site where I can get Korean GIS information?

Also, how can I import GIS information from Roadrunner?
