Can't start MatLab Onramp Course

As I'm trying to start the course it gives me an error of this kind:

HTTP ERROR 431 Request Header Fields Too Large

URI:/R2024a/portal.html?course=gettingstarted

STATUS:431

MESSAGE:Request Header Fields Too Large

Tried to fix it by clearing cache but didn't help at all. What can I do to get the course started?
