I have installed Matlab R2007b and Canape 6.5. While installing "MATLAB_CANape_Integration_Package", it throws the error, "Matlab could not be found on the computer" and aborts.
I am using Windows 8.1, though Canape 6.5 is not officially supported, it works just fine for me. Kindly advice.

Most likely the version of the integration package you have is not compatable with that version of Matlab. The package is updated frequently and freely available on the vector website.
Both the 32-bit and 64-bit version are supported.
If that does not resolve your issue I would suggest emailing support@us.vector.com.
