Hello,
I am trying to run the aeroblk_HL20_UE demo.I have the Aerospace Blockset and Simulink 3D Animation installed. When starting the Simulation the "Simulation 3D Viewer" opens, but is completly black and I can only close it using the task manager. Beyond that, the Simulation is not running, since the Scopes are not filling up. After around 3 minutes of waiting this error pops up:
MATLAB System block 'aeroblk_HL20_UE/UE Visualization/Simulation 3D Scene Configuration/Simulation 3D Engine' error occurred when invoking 'resetImpl' method of 'Simulation3DEngine'. The error was thrown from '
'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023b\toolbox\shared\sim3dblks\sim3dblks\Simulation3DEngine.p' at line 0
'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023b\toolbox\simulink\ui\studio\config\m\+SLStudio\StartPauseContinue.p' at line 0
'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023b\toolbox\simulink\ui\studio\config\m\+SLStudio\ToolBars.p' at line 0'.
Caused by:
3D Simulation engine interface read error.
Next to trying to figure out this error, I have tried to check all the requirements on this website: https://de.mathworks.com/help/aeroblks/unreal-engine-simulation-environment-requirements-and-limitations.html
These seem alright.
Does anyone have a idea why the demo could not be running for me? I am not finding any more relevant information online.

It seems that the GPU may not be recognized correctly. I recommend reinstalling the necessary driver, as this might resolve the issue.
I hope this was helpful.

I faced a similar issue recently while working on a Simulink 3D Animation project. These kinds of errors can be really frustrating, especially when deadlines are near. If you're short on time or need expert help, I’d recommend reaching out to MATLAB Assignment Experts.
They specialize in troubleshooting MATLAB and Simulink issues, including complex 3D animation errors. Their team can quickly identify the root cause and help you get your simulations running smoothly. Plus, they offer 20% off right now for the Fall 2024 semester with the code MAEFALL2024.
You can contact them through WhatsApp at [+1 (315) 557-6473] or via email at info@matlabassignmentexperts.com. They’ve been a lifesaver for me when I got stuck with similar technical issues!
