Hello @Abhishek, I am using MATLAB R2024b on Windows and want to work with a ThingSpeak dataset in Simulink. Initially, I retrieved the dataset from ThingSpeak into MATLAB, where it appeared as a Timestamps dataset. However, I am struggling to read the dataset directly into Simulink in real time from ThingSpeak without using MATLAB as an intermediary." Thank you for your attention.

Hi @Nonso,
I understand that you want to fetch real-time data from ThingSpeak to Simulink directly instead of fetching the data through MATLAB as an intermediary.
You can fetch the real-time data into Simulink directly from ThingSpeak using the “ThingSpeak Input” block in Simulink. Once you insert the “ThingSpeak Input” block you can modify the channel number to the required channel and enter the field numbers which you want to fetch as an array input and run the simulation to fetch the data in real-time.
For more information of how the “ThingSpeak Input” block fetches the data and output format, the following documentation link can be referred:
  1. ThingSpeak Input - https://www.mathworks.com/help/sldrt/ref/thingspeakinput.html
You may also need to install the “Real-Time Kernel” for it. You can follow the installation steps mentioned in the documentation link below:
Hope it helps.
