What plugins to be installed for MATLAB

For neuroimaging softwares like CAT12 and functional neuroimaging which plugins of MATLAB are required.

I don't know what you want to do. If you're acquiring your images from some medical imaging instrument and bringing them to your MATLAB computer, and you want to do image analysis, you'll need the Image Processing Toolbox, and perhaps the Medical Imaging Toolbox and Computer Vision Toolbox.

CAT12 is designed to work with SPM12 and Matlab versions 7.4 (R2007a) or newer. No additional toolboxes are required.
