From the documentation of "raspi" (https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/supportpkg/raspi.raspi.html):- In MATLAB Online™, the raspi object reuses the settings from the most recent successful connection.
The error shown in your screenshot suggests that the "raspi" command is trying to connect to a board named Raspberry_Pi, whereas "raspilist" is saying the available board name is pi instead. This could be due to a number of reasons, like a renamed display-name for the board or the usage of a different board than the most recent successful connection.
Nevertheless, you can explicity provide this target hardware name to "raspi" as shown in the following command:
r = raspi('pi') % I am using 'pi' here as it is the name returned by your *raspilist* invocation
This workflow is outlined in the web documentation here: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/supportpkg/raspi.raspi.html#mw_a0328261-a056-4825-80b2-57bbb0e5d146
