Error - Error: Could not access the MATLAB Runtime component cache. Details: fl:filesys​tem:Access​Denied

We are using a polyspace docker image for our scans and report generation, on using polyspace-report-generator command using the docker image to generate report i am getting an issue like this -
We are using R2024b version
MCL:ComponentCache
Error: Could not access the MATLAB Runtime component cache. Details: fl:filesystem:AccessDenied Component cache root: '' Component name: 'ps_rptgen'
Any help on this is highly appriciated

Hey Ashwin,

It seems like the MATLAB Runtime cache was corrupted and needs to be cleared. If that doesn't solve it, the post also notes to get in touch with MathWorks Support, which can be done from the link below:

Thank you for your response!
The links you provided explain how to resolve the issue when Polyspace Bug Finder is installed as an application. However, our situation is different as we are using Polyspace within a Docker container for report generation. No worries, I'll reach out to MATLAB support for assistance.
