tdms functions not working in r2024a or r2024b

when I attempt to use any of the tdms functions, such as tdmsread or tdmsinfo, I get the message "Unrecognized function or variable 'mexTDMS'." I see this in both R2024a and R2024b. We have a site license to all the toolboxes so this should not be a licensing issue.

No, that's not it. This is an included function and not from the exchange. Thanks for the try though. I guess I have to reach out to support.

MathWorks Technical support responded and told me these funtions are only supported on Windows platforms. There's a limitations section at the bottom of the command description I missed.
"Our development team is aware of this limitation and is actively working to add support for these functions on Linux platforms. You will be automatically notified once this becomes available in a future release of MATLAB."
