I need help verifying my license

Hi all, yesterday I was reciving this error message while using matlab online. I am supposed to have a liscence through my department email from the University of Arizona. I want to make sure it is registering properly before I lose my work.

Contact your prof first since it is a Uni license it's not really a Mathworks problem but that you are either not being recognized as being on the list or, perhaps, you're not being able to connect to the school network which the IT folks will be able to help with.
As well, the Answers forum is not an official Mathworks support channel; none of the folks here (mostly non-Mathworks employees volunteers and those who are will not be the folks who deal with licensing issues in a public forum).

It looks like you have installed MATLAB, but not installed the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox.

I would expect it to work as well. Please double check that you have set up your MathWorks account following the directions provided by your school. If you have but the error continues, please contact support.
