New computer and Upgrades to MATLAB toolboxes

I have had a home/student matlab account since around 2019. I am getting a new computer. I currently have the standard matlab plus symbolic math. I am assuming that what I have is not transferrable to a new machine. I may want to change the suite of toolboxes to do machine learning. Which of your toolboxes will I need to do that on the new computer and what is the one time cost?

@Torsten is correct that you will need to call Mathworks Sales for your region.
As general info, the Student license is perpetual although it is supposed to be used only as long as are actually an enrolled student.
On pricing and upgrades, the one-time purchase price includes the first year of maintenance, but to get an upgrade you will have to have kept that maintenance up-to-date with the annual fee or pay the back fee to current. If haven't, it'll undoubtedly be cheaper to buy the new license if you remain eligible.
I think, but am not certain, you could reinstall the same release on the new machine if you have kept the license info up-to-date. That would not include any updates or additional toolboxes, of course, simply move over what you currently have. You can't lose anything by just trying that.

You can transfer your MATLAB account from one device to another.
@Dale - will have to deactivate the license on the old machine before it will let you activate it on the new...
