MATLAB Academy Won't Load

Hi there!! I am trying to get through some of the MATLAB academy online courses, but they won't open. The tab will open but then it just spins for hours and hours and won't actually let me work on them. This has been happening intermittently for about a week now and I never had a problem before this. I am using an HP Ominibook 7. I already tried clearing my cache and cookies and restarting my computer, but still the issue persists. Does anybody have any ideas for what's going on and how to fix it?

It takes 10-15 seconds to load MATLAB Onramp for me. I'm using Windows 11 and chrome browser.

Which course are you trying to load?

Could you try to open it in private/incognito mode?

That's how it used to be for me but now I'm waiting upwards of 2-3 hours and at the end it still doesn't load. I am using Intel 7 and bing browser which hasn't been a problem in the past. I tried it in chrome and it did the same thing. I just tried opening it in private and it still won't open. I am just trying to open the my course page in MATLAB academy. I was working on the graphics course, but it won't load any of them regardless of how I get to the website.

Can you try to use a different browser, like Chrome? I use Firefox and sometimes the extra security checks in Firefox won't let things pass by but Chrome has no problem with them. Do you see something in the lower left of your browser window that says something like "waiting for handshake" or "waiting on someAdServer.com" and it hangs there?

I understand you are facing issues with loading time in MATLAB academy. You can try these steps once:

1. Close the MATLAB Academy window
2. Reopen MATLAB Academy
3. From the course overview, do not click on "Resume Course", instead, reopen your course in another section (e.g. "Getting Started > Course Overview > (1/2) Course Overview").
