Oscillations in PSO-based PV MPPT Simulation

I am currently working on a PSO based MPPT Algorithm. Currently, its facing a huge bottleneck due to the oscillations when changing the duty cycle(which is required by the algorithm). The way I am solving it at the moment is by waiting for the signal to stabilise but this introduces huge delays.

As can be seen, the oscillations are more than 10% in size which makes it impossible to ignore.
