Code d'activation est invalide

Apres achat d'un kit arduino "Engineering Kit R2" dans lequel se trouve un code d'activation, j'ajoute ce code sur Matlab pour faire mon projet mais cela (le code de validation) est comme etant invalide par le logiciel.
