Does Matlab support OPCUA Part 14 PUB-SUB specification ?

1. Can I use opcua client in matlab to subscribe to changes from opcua(open62541) server at sub milli second rates ?
2. Does matlab support OPCUA Part14 PUB-SUB specification in which client acts as a subscriber and server will be publisher rather than a client and server in client-server architecture ?
3. Does opcua in matlab support OPCUA over TSN ?

The use case is I have a opcua sever and I want to publish data changes in realtime at sub milli second range.
