Just a question: Will there be a 2026 version for macOS Intel?

From the current System Requirements page for Mac: "Note: MATLAB is no longer available for Macs with Intel processors"
The Platform Road Map also states "Note: As of MATLAB R2026a, new releases of MATLAB and Simulink will no longer be available for Macs with Intel Processors."

In other words: NO there will not be any further macOS Intel versions.
