I am experiencing a login issue with ThingSpeak.

**Error:** `NS_ERROR_REDIRECT_LOOP`
When I try to log in to ThingSpeak, the browser enters a redirect loop and displays an error page.
In Microsoft Edge, I can access the login page and enter my credentials. However, after I enter my password and submit the login form, the browser starts redirecting repeatedly and eventually displays the same error page as in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
The issue therefore occurs in all three browsers, and I am unable to log in to my ThingSpeak account in any of them.
Could you please investigate this issue and help me restore access to my account?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

Answer from AI:
The NS_ERROR_REDIRECT_LOOP error (or too many redirects) occurs when ThingSpeak and MathWorks authentication systems fail to sync your session state, continuously bouncing your request back and forth. Since this happens across Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, it is usually caused by a corrupted cross-domain cookie mismatch, browser extensions blocking authentication scripts, or an issue with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration. [1, 2, 3, 4]
To resolve the redirect loop and restore access to your account, try the following solutions in order:
1. Close All Tabs and Clear Cookies for Both Domains
Often, a stale cookie on either the ThingSpeak or MathWorks side breaks the token exchange handshake. [1, 2]
  1. Close all active tabs open to ThingSpeak or MathWorks.
  2. Open your browser settings and search for Cookies and site data.
  3. Search for and delete all cookies for both thingspeak.com and mathworks.com.
  4. Relaunch your browser and attempt to sign in again. [1, 2]
2. Bypass SSO Checking via a Direct URL
If your account is linked to an institutional or university login, the background identity provider script might be hanging. You can attempt to force a traditional login bypass by navigating directly to: [1]
  • Alternative Login Link: https://thingspeak.com/login?skipSSOCheck=true [1]
3. Disable Interfering Extensions or Test Incognito
Security, privacy, or script-blocking extensions (like uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, or custom iFrame blockers) frequently block authentication redirects. [1]
  • Open a clean Incognito or Guest window to see if the login proceeds seamlessly.
  • If it works in Incognito, temporarily disable your active extensions on the regular window one by one to find the culprit. [1, 2]
4. Check Third-Party Cookie Settings
Modern browser security updates heavily restrict third-party context cookies, which ThingSpeak relies on during its MathWorks OAuth handshake. Ensure that "Block third-party cookies" is not set to a strict mode in your browser's Privacy & Security settings, or explicitly add [*.]mathworks.com and [*.]thingspeak.com to your allowed exception list.

Thank you for the suggestions, but unfortunately, none of them resolved the issue.
I tested ThingSpeak in both Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Firefox displays the error The page isn’t redirecting properly (NS_ERROR_REDIRECT_LOOP), while Edge displays ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Clearing all browsing data in Edge did not help. The email address associated with my MathWorks account has not changed.
Meanwhile, data transmission from my ESP8266 continues to work, and I can still view my public ThingSpeak channels. The problem is specifically with signing in to ThingSpeak: I cannot access channel management or modify my channel settings.
I can sign in to my MathWorks account without any problems, so the issue appears to be related specifically to ThingSpeak authentication or its redirect process.
I have already contacted MathWorks Support and am waiting for their response. If anyone has experienced the same issue and knows of another solution, I would appreciate your help.
