installation bug on Arch Linux

couldn't find where to report a bug so here it goes:
SIGSEGV in libmwinstall_activationwsclientimpl.so
during lc_init()
with Arch Linux glibc 2.44 + GnuTLS 3.x
or in a bit more detail:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x00007ffff22d3c98 in Ox0853564f26d75632 ()
from .../libmwinstall_activationwsclientimpl.so
#1 lc_init()
from .../libmwinstall_activationwsclientimpl.so
#2 ??
from /usr/lib/libgnutls.so.30
basically the installer executable itself is fine, the crash happens while MATLAB's activation/licensing component is initializing - that is while loading system: /usr/lib/libgnutls.so.30
the failure happens inside MATLAB's bundled libmwinstall_activationwsclientimpl.so interacting with my system's GnuTLS
this is likely a MATLAB installer vs CachyOS rolling-release incompatibility
I downloaded the installer for the lastest R2026b version
