CAN ANYONE PLEASE PRESENT AN IDEA, HOW TO SET SUCH A LOAD.??? IS THERE ANY OTHER ALTERNATE BLOCK THAT CAN MEET THE REQUIREMENT, IF YES THEN KINDLY MENTION ABOUT THE BLOCK.

I'm guessing you have access to SimPowerSystems since you're asking about blocks.
The Three-Phase Dynamic Load block lets you externally control the active and reactive power, but it only lets you model balanced loads.
If you want to create unbalanced loads, you could always string together individual single-phase Controlled Voltage and Controlled Current sources. The necessary voltage/current drawn to make the desired profile is up to you to generate.
