Converting c++ and header files to *.dll file

I have some *.h and *.cpp files that want to have the related *.dll. I want to write a code in matlab that gets thises files (by connecting Matlab to VS2013) and then using a Matlab m-file convert them into *.dll file.
2 questions: Is it possible? if so, would you please let me know a clue?
