matlab compiler sdk, matlab coder

greetings, what kind of license would i need in order to use the matlab compiler sdk and matlab coder? i would hate to make a purchase just to find out that i can't use these with the license type i bought.

You could request a trial version and see if it meets your needs. One head's up, executables generated with the trial version will expire after a while.

The Compiler and all products that depend upon it (including Coder and Compiler SDK and Simulink Coder and Simulink rapid acceleration) are available for:
- Professional / Commercial License
- Academic License
They are not available for any Student Version license or for the Home license, and I doubt they are available for the MOOC licenses either.

After the above was posted, MATLAB Coder and Simulink Coder were made available for the Student licenses. Still not available for the Home license though.
