Connecting Excel RealTime Update Data with Matlab

Hello,

I want to know how we can connect an Excel Sheet which has realtime updated data with Matlab.

The objective is to view the same thing in Matlab, realtime updates and ultimately make calculations on the data shown in Matlab, realtime plots, other calculations.

The module Spreadsheet Link Ex can eventually help, but i don't have the impression its realtime.

Is there someone out there who tried to do that?
