Access violation error in simulink while compiling

I am trying to run a simulink model created in matlab 2012b, in matlab 2014b. I have upgraded the blocks as advised by the model advisor. However, on running the model, I get an error, which is copied below. This occurs everytime the model shows ''Compiling: Computing checksums: Started''.
