As per the title... is there a way to follow questions here?
Quite often a question comes up that may be a problem I have encountered, might be really useful for something I am working on or plan to work on, or it might just an interesting question. Often, however, I don't feel like I have any useful contribution to make commenting or answering worthwhile, and spamming a comment just to be able to easily follow the question doesn't seem right.
The problem is that some questions rapidly slip down the list. So it would be really useful to be able to follow them to easily keep track of them.

No there is no way (unless maybe with rss). I suggest you add this to Wishlist #4.
You can use your browser to bookmark the page and check it from time to time

At the top left corner below the question. You will see an option to follow/unfollow.
