MuPAD will not start!

After waiting for several minutes and canceleding my queue after launching the "mupad" command i get this error:

??? Operation terminated by user during ==> mupad.mupad>waitForFile at 273

In ==> mupad.mupad>mupad.mupad at 72 waitForFile(nb.tmpfile);

I am running MATLAB 7.12.0 (32-bit version) on Windows 7 64-bit. I set full control (for permissions) on the MATLAB files. I have also made sure the MuPAD and MATLAB executable ran under the administrator.

What should I try next?
