How to send data( duty cycle) sequentially from Matlab function to simulink block?

I m writing algorithm for PSO (Particle swarm optimization) to find Maximum power point tracking in photovoltaics, in MAtlab function. From algorithm i have to send three duty cycles sequentially to simulink converter block before the algorithn finishes, after I have to compare the power of the three particles to find the best one.
