how can I make a plot using loops?

Guys this is an exercise that my professor gave me but I do not know how to do it. I hope you guys can help me. I also try to search for the equation of a hydraulic cone (the professor said we have to use it) but did not find anything. I attach the image because she wants a plot where I show the water level in a water tower. I'm supposed to: 1.Calculate de volume of a cylinder(the lower part). 2.Calculate the volume and radio of the hydraulic cone(upper part). 3.for 0<=h<33 each meter. 4. make a plot: y=volume in gallons vs. x=h. 5.display the vector of h. 6.display a volume vector.

I know its a lot but please help me!!!!!!
