I want to find the row and column number at a point in an image manually. How can I do it? Is there any options available?

Something like putting up an image and using ginput() ? If you use that then remember that X corresponds to columns and Y corresponds to row.
If you have a particular value you want to find in a 2D array, then
[row, col] = find(YourArray == TheValue);

How to find those given what information? Which row and column?
(My Spidey Sense is telling me that you should be using conv2 instead of what you are trying to do now.)
