VBA code and Matlab - How can i change VBA code (Solidworks MACRO) from Matlab

I need to be able to read and change and SWP file (Solidworks Macro) from Matlab. In particular, i have a Macro that builds a model part in Solidworks (CAD software) and i need to change its dimensions from Matlab automatically.

Is there an easy way to do it?

I'm trying to study if there is a way to read quotes and dimensions of a Solidworks model from a SolidPart File (Solidworks *.SLDPRT) directly and maybe change them from Matlab without using the macros.
