What about it? It is usual to actually ask a question if you want a useful answer.

Dear Sweta,
I can give you one solution for the same. Assume that you are having 2 pushbuttons 1 and 2. You are triggering pushbutton 1 which calls pushbutton 2 and and an image is displayed on the axes.
function pushbutton1_Callback(hObject,eventdata,handles)
pushbutton2_Callback(hObject, eventdata, handles);
guidata(hObject, handles);
function pushbutton2_Callback(hObject,eventdata,handles)
axes(handles.axes1);
im = imread('cameraman.tif');
imshow(im);
guidata(hObject, handles);
You can control any other gui functions like this.
