Error call library with Emotiv toolbox

Good morning everyone. I am recently doing my final year project related to brain wave with Matlab. Yet i have face a problem with the library from Emotiv toolbox. This is a toolbox that i installed externally for me the import the EEG data from my EEG amplifier. I have successfully install the toolbox and it shows that the library is loaded but i cant call the library to execute my function to proceed it>< can anybody please help me.... For your information also, I am using Window 10 with Matlab 2013a (32-bit). Here i attached the error that i got as well: Hope to get your reply as soon as possible. Thanks a lot.
