Here's a start:
Fs = 8000; % samples per second
Fc = 2000; % hertz
phi = 2*pi*Fc/Fs; % radians per sample
zeros = [ exp(j*phi) ; exp(-j*phi) ];
poles = 0.9*zeros;
...
