Cannot identify Tek oscilloscope via LAN

Hello,
I have connected Tek oscilloscope TDS3054C via LAN successfully last month, but now it says cannot identify the instrument.
I set the oscilloscope IP address again and it could be found by Tekvisa, but when I scan the instrument by VXI-11 in MATLAB, it says no instrument identification, so I can neither connect to the interface object nor create device object.
What's the problem?
Figure 1 is the scan result I captured last month, Figure 2 shows the problem.

I have reinstalled Tekvisa 4.1.0 and TDS3054B.mdd, but it still cannot work. But when I use another computer(same OS version with mine, Win7) to control TDS3054C by MATLAB R2013a, it succeeded.
The steps are: 1.installed MATLAB2013a; 2.installed Tekvisa4.1.0; 3.Searched on Tekvisa. It found TCPIP::160.153.2.11::4000::SOCKET and TCPIP::160.153.2.11::INSTR; 4.scaned instrument in MATLAB Test and Measurement Tool (at the first place it cannot identify the instrument just like figure 1 shows, but after a while, the instrument was identified); 5.saved TDS3054B.mdd to MATLAB instrument driver directory, created new device object and connected to the instrument successfully. Then readwaveform from oscilloscope.
Is there anything I didn't notice that finally leads to the connection failure on my computer?

It worked after I installed Tekvisa 4.04 instead of 4.1.0, but still have no idea about why it was fine with 4.1.0 before, however now is not...
Hello. I have same problem as yours. Before it worked with Tekvisa 4.04 but now it doesn't work
