I get this went to open Matlab

License checkout failed License Manager Error -97 License Manager cannot start

Diagnostic Information: Feature:MATLAB License Path: C:\Program Files(x86)\MATLAB\R2014b\licenses\network.lic Licensing error: -97,121

What my problem?
