How to draw a line in a series of points

This is image is after I did a centroid plotting. So how can I draw the line through
s = regionprops(Iskel,'centroid');
centroids = cat(1,s.Centroid);
imshow(maskedIbw)
hold on
plot(centroids(:,1),centroids(:,2),'b*')
hold off
