How do I apply the ADI method to an irregular shape using matlab?

I need to use the alternating direction implicit method to simulate steady state distribution on an airplane wing using matlab. I found this code but I'm having a hard time deciphering it and applying it to my own problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
