randn, broadband signal

Hi
Another simple question with regard to my last question on broadband signal delay.
Can we treat
t=0:1/100:1
s=sin(2*pi*100*randn(1,101).*t)
as a broad band signal? My idea is that since it has a value at every frequency(fft), it might be considered as a broad band.
Please let me know
Cheers
P
