How can I consider n frames for comparison to find the stationary objects?

Try using vision.ForegroundDetector object in the Computer Vision System Toolbox.

My attached demo does exactly this. It computes a "background" image as the sum of previous frames in a video. Then it subtracts that from the current frame.
